Returns & Refund Policy

At Paper Shine Studio, all of our greeting cards are made to order and personalised especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we have made an error with your personalisation, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at bublisworldcuisine@gmail.com. We will ask for a photo of the item and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
